Personal Supports

Life Skills Development 1/Companion
Provides non-medical care, supervision, and community access to enhance socialization and independence for adults 21+.
Life Skills Development 2 /Supported Employment
Provides training and support to help individuals find, secure, and maintain paid employment or operate a small business.
Respite
Provides temporary care and supervision for individuals under 21 when primary caregivers are unavailable.
Homemaker and Companion Services
Provides non-medical assistance with housekeeping, errands, meals, and companionship to support independent living.
Residential Habilitation
Provides supervision and training to help individuals develop daily living, hygiene, homemaking, and social skills for community living.
Community Living Support
Provides assistance and training in daily living skills, personal care, and social adaptation to promote independent community living.
